The Vision

I first met Stace, the owner of Bark’n Biscuits, at a Winter Market, where we talked about the possibility of him needing help with his socials. That time eventually came! Bark’n Biscuits had been thriving for three years, with multiple locations, a new store, and new services added in the past year. Stace was also busy participating in markets, partnering with local businesses, and doing all the baking himself.

From our first conversation, we connected over the vision for Bark’n Biscuits and our shared love for dogs. With so many creative ideas but limited time, Stace brought me on for a three-month contract, which we extended two more months through the winter.

It was such a blast helping bring his ideas to life and elevating Bark’n Biscuits’ social presence.

Brand Identity

Stace’s vision for Bark’n Biscuits was all about showcasing what makes the business special: grooming services, fun events, delicious treats—including Ellie’s signature creations—and a playful love for dogs. To bring that to life online, we focused on content pillars like Services, Treats, Events, and Funny Dog Moments.

Each post was designed to highlight what Bark’n Biscuits offers while keeping things light, engaging, and full of personality through humor and dog-filled fun. The result? A social presence that’s lively, authentic, and as delightful as the pups and people who love Bark’n Biscuits.

Execution

From behind-the-scenes videos of grooming sessions to fun events at Brewhalla and the Red River Market, creating content for Bark’n Biscuits was such a blast. I handled the scheduling, posting, and daily management of their social channels, monitored insights, and engaged with followers to build connection and trust. We created a consistent, vibrant presence that highlighted services, products, and playful dog moments—keeping Bark’n Biscuits’ brand approachable, fun, and irresistible to dog lovers.

The results were exciting:

  • Facebook views increased 59.7%, reaching 97.1K
  • Content interactions jumped 144%
  • Messaging contacts grew 42.9%

Wrapping it all Together

Working with Bark’n Biscuits was such a rewarding experience. From bringing Stace’s creative ideas to life, highlighting the services and treats, to sharing fun, playful dog content, it was all about capturing the heart and personality of the brand. Seeing the engagement grow, the community interact, and the brand come alive online was incredibly fulfilling.

Bark’n Biscuits isn’t just a business—it’s a place where pups and their humans can connect, have fun, and enjoy the little joys in life. I’m so grateful I got to be a part of sharing that story and helping the brand shine online.
